Project Pebble is the first building in the planned redevelopment of The Bellwether District, the 1,300 acre former site of the Philadelphia Energy Solutions oil refinery in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This a new 326,000-square-foot warehouse with spec office located in the industrial campus portion of The Bellwether District. Designed by LJC and Clayco Design & Engineering; the single-story industrial facility was constructed with precast concrete panels and steel framing with approximately 100 new dock spaces, enhanced façade, surface parking lot, and LEED Silver certification pending.
