Perryman’s entrepreneurship journey spans more than 40 years of experience in various construction industry management roles including two “Top 15” international construction firms. Angelina Perryman, Vice President of Administration represents the third generation of Perryman Construction. Ms. Perryman manages contracts, risk avoidance, human resources, technology and economic opportunity plan compliance. She has a Bachelor of Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She attended the Executive Leadership Education program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University.

Mr. Carter construction executive experience spans over 40 years with projects ranging from $10 million to $1 billion. He plans and directs the efforts of the Perryman team during preconstruction and construction phases, including constructability analysis, value analysis, budgeting, scheduling, subcontract purchasing, jobsite supervision, and cost control.
