Renovation of former grocery store to create a community where food entrepreneurs can prepare their food for market including restaurant and commercial kitchen rental. Perryman Construction performed construction management services on the 13,000 sf facility; a total renovation of the 10 year vacant former supermarket. Providing four state-of-the art commercial kitchens and baking facilities containing cold freezer and dry storage space, and lockers and showers. Also included are an eKitchen Multimedia Learning Center (an enhanced television studio kitchen), an addition to the existing facility for administrative offices, and three (3) tenant customizable retail spaces.
