Lewis C. Cassidy Academics Plus K-8 School

Design Build new construction of a three-story K-8 school built in the Overbrook section of West Philadelphia and opened in 2024. This new school was built to accommodate 570 students and incorporates 21st-century learning environments with collaborative hub areas, flex labs, and an instructional media center, full kitchen, cafeteria, gymnatorium, and outdoor play and learning areas. The project is on track for LEED Gold Certification, integrating bioswales, rain gardens, and a green roof for stormwater management.
