This project involved construction of the new 30,000 sq. ft. TGR Foundation learning center opened in 2025 providing year-round STEM learning opportunities for local students. The center houses interior student learning spaces, foundation offices, a putting green, and flexible event space.
The Cobbs Creek Foundation is leading the restoration of the historic Cobbs Creek Golf Course in West Philadelphia. This revitalization project includes reconstructing over three miles of creek and tributaries, developing acres of wetlands, fully restoring the original 18-hole course, and adding a new nine-hole course, a short course, a two-story driving range featuring a restaurant, pro shop, and a dedicated space for community events. Additionally, the project will include a youth education center.
