Burlington Fit-Out

This 100,000-square-foot renovation at Philadelphia's Fashion District transformed retail space across three historic building structures into a modern Burlington store. The project included demolition, millwork, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, doors, frames and hardware, and glass and glazing, while preserving the existing historic structures. Construction management services included preconstruction estimating, coordination of trades, and pull planning to expedite the schedule. The project was completed on time and within budget with zero OSHA recordable incidents and no lost-time accidents.
