Perryman Building renovated the 2-story, 6,000 sq. ft., LEED Gold certified Conowingo Visitor’s Center. Perryman Building developed and implemented a construction waste management plan to quantify material diversion goals. Perryman Building procured and managed the installation of materials with recycled content, new wood-based products with a minimum of 50% certified wood and low‐emitting paints, coatings, adhesives, and sealants.

The Center for Culinary Enterprises is an innovative, multi-use commercial kitchen center which provides resources to emerging food entrepreneurs in Philadelphia creating new jobs and businesses in the process. The project will help to bring Philadelphia’s storied culinary history from Olde City to the growing west side. Perryman Building renovated the existing one-story building and constructed an addition. The center features three shared-use, licensed, commercial kitchens and a modern eKitchen multimedia learning center.
