Description:
Seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager for our Philadelphia office. Preferred candidates would have a BS degree in architecture, engineering or construction related field and 2 years experience in understanding the basics of construction operations and its processes to include: Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders, project documentation and field supervision. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prepare spreadsheets and work in a database as well as assist in the assembly/distribution of construction data is essential. Must be a team player, possess excellent written and verbal skills and be familiar with an architectural/construction office environment. Skills must include the use of Microsoft Office Suite, basics of scheduling and document controls. EOE.
