Project Managers

Project Manager needed with experience in general contracting/CM trade contracting on schools, colleges/universities, governmental, and commercial projects. Minimum of 8-10 years project management experience in new and renovated buildings. Requires degree in construction, architecture or engineering, strong communications, cost & schedule control, and computer skills. Duties include maintaining client relationships, design management, bidding, plan/specification review, trade scope analysis, subcontract management, estimating, contract negotiation, scheduling and cost control.
